Minor Soccer
Soccer, the beautiful game, is a popular sport with youth in St. Marys. Participation averages around 400 in ages ranging from 4 to 18 years of age. The organization is continually growing and always looking for willing sponsors, executive volunteers, coaches and referees to compliment and improve the program. St. Marys Minor Soccer will continue with upgrades to fields and equipment and continue to work with the competitive men's team - the St. Marys Juggernauts for coaching clinics to build individual and team skills.
The sport of soccer provides another option for children to learn to play in a team environment, develop skills of ball wizardry, a healthy recreational lifestyle, positive relationships, play at a level of individual ability and more importantly, having FUN meeting new teammates.
St. Marys Minor Soccer have benefitted from a Trillium Grant for the newly developed high-school field with the installation of lights for late evening games and a sprinkler system for improved turf.
Program:
Age of Participants: 4 - 18 years old
Competitive Soccer: Try-outs for travel teams competing in the London and District Youth Soccer League start in early March and these team will play from early May until September. Details will be published on website and in the St. Marys Journal Argus once known.
Recreational Soccer: Age 10 and over play in the West Middlesex Youth Soccer League and begin in early May and end in mid August.
Under 9 and Tykes and Mites play inter-team games in St. Marys and begin in early May and end in mid August.

Outdoor Men’s and Women's Soccer (adults)
St. Marys Soccer Club operates the Men’s and Women's Soccer. Teams consist of:
- Juggernauts - WOSL Men's First Division
- Spartans - WOSL Men's Fourth Division
- Foreman Chargers - WOSL Women's Recreation Division
Anyone interested in playing or participating are welcome. There is interest in a second Women's Team and Club needs to here from interested players ASAP as the league is preparing team schedules in early February 2012.
